Lynne

Support Coordinator

With over 12 years of experience in the disability and aged care sectors, I am passionate about supporting people to live fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. For the past six years, I have worked as a Program Coordinator, partnering with participants, families, therapists, and support teams to develop personalised supports that build confidence, strengthen life skills, and encourage community participation.

My approach is centred on kindness, respect, and genuine connection. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, valued, and empowered to make choices about their own life. I am committed to providing person-centred support that recognises each individual’s strengths, interests, and goals while creating a safe and supportive environment where they can thrive.

I have experience supporting adolescents and adults with a wide range of disabilities and understand that no two people are the same. I enjoy working collaboratively with participants and their support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes and promote greater independence.

The most rewarding part of my role is seeing participants grow in confidence and achieve goals they once believed were out of reach. I want every participant and family to feel respected, supported, and confident they have someone who genuinely cares about their journey.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and look forward to continuing to support individuals and families as they navigate services, build independence, and achieve the life they choose.
