Izabela founded My DSS with one simple goal: to ensure every participant has someone in their corner who genuinely listens, advocates for their needs, and helps them navigate the NDIS with confidence.
With more than 8 years of experience supporting people living with disability, mental health challenges, and complex support needs, Izabela has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions, strong advocacy, and participant-centred support that makes a genuine difference.
Alongside her extensive NDIS experience, Izabela holds counselling qualifications and has experience supporting people living with mental health and psychosocial challenges. This combination of counselling knowledge and practical NDIS expertise enables her to provide compassionate, recovery-focused support while helping participants build confidence, strengthen resilience, and work towards achieving their personal goals.
As a qualified Psychosocial Recovery Coach and Senior Support Coordinator, Izabela works closely with participants, families, hospitals, allied health professionals, government agencies, and service providers to coordinate supports that reflect each person’s individual goals, circumstances, and aspirations.
